For security reasons and to ensure compliance with the operational regulations of the computer laboratories, the responsible instructors have the ability and the right to access users’ system data (electronic files, network activity, etc.). It is understood that the teaching staff exercises this right to the minimal possible extent, solely when necessary for the execution of their duties, and never for personal reasons. In the event that the responsible instructors discover (whether by chance, through investigation, or following a user complaint) any violations of these Regulations, they are obliged to take appropriate measures to rectify them.
